Frequently asked questions
How do I add a team to my calendar?
Open the app and go to the Profile screen, then tap "Manage my teams". Search for the team you want and enable tracking. Matches from that team will automatically appear in your calendar.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Profile screen in the app, scroll down and tap "Delete my account". Confirm the deletion by entering your email address. All your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.
Are the scores in real time?
Scores are updated approximately every minute through our sports and esports data sources. A slight delay of 1 to 2 minutes is possible compared to live TV broadcast.
Which sports and competitions are available?
My Roster currently covers football (major European leagues and Champions League), basketball (NBA), and esports (League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, and Rocket League). We regularly add new competitions.
How do I change my timezone?
By default, times adapt automatically to your device. To set a timezone manually, go to the Profile screen and tap the Timezone section.
How do I restore my Premium subscription?
If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, go to the Premium screen and tap "Restore purchases". Your subscription will be automatically recognized through your Apple or Google account.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, partially. Previously loaded matches remain visible without a connection. Live scores and new data will sync as soon as the connection is restored.
