These Terms of Use (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern access to and use of the My Roster mobile application (hereinafter “the Application”) and the my-roster.com website (hereinafter “the Website”). By using the Application or the Website, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.


1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which the user (hereinafter “the User”) may access and use the services offered by My Roster (hereinafter “the Publisher”).

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, the Website, their structure, design, source code and editorial content are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Sports Data and Logos

The names, logos and trademarks of sports teams, competitions and leagues displayed in the Application are the property of their respective owners. Their use in the Application is for informational and identification purposes only and shall not be interpreted as endorsement or affiliation.

User Content

The User does not generate content in the Application (no comments, no posts). The only user data consists of team follow preferences.


7. Limitation of Liability

Data Accuracy

The Publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information (calendars, scores, results). However, this data comes from third-party providers and the Publisher cannot guarantee:

The Application is provided “as is”. The Publisher shall not be held liable for decisions made based on information displayed in the Application (particularly in the context of sports betting).

Service Availability

The Publisher strives to ensure the availability of the Application 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond the Publisher’s control.

The processing of the User’s personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, the User acknowledges having read this policy.

10. Modification of the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change, the User will be notified by email or by notification in the Application.

Continued use of the Application after modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If the User refuses the new conditions, they may delete their account.


11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
