Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern access to and use of the My Roster mobile application (hereinafter “the Application”) and the my-roster.com website (hereinafter “the Website”). By using the Application or the Website, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which the user (hereinafter “the User”) may access and use the services offered by My Roster (hereinafter “the Publisher”).

2. Description of the Service

My Roster is a personalized sports and esports calendar mobile application. It allows the User to:

• Select the sports and esports teams they wish to follow.
• View a personalized calendar displaying only the matches of their selected teams.
• Follow live scores during matches.
• View the results of completed matches.

The sports data displayed in the Application comes from third-party data providers. The Publisher strives to ensure their accuracy but cannot guarantee their completeness or strict real-time updates.

3. Access to the Service and Registration

Access Requirements

Using the Application requires:

• A compatible mobile device (iOS or Android).
• An Internet connection.
• The creation of a user account.

Registration

The User may create an account via:

• Sign in with Apple (on iOS).
• Sign in with Google (on iOS and Android).
• Sign in with Discord (on iOS and Android).
• An email address and password.

The User must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the User is a minor (under 16 years old in the EU), they declare that they have obtained the authorization of their legal guardian.

The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Financial Terms

Free Tier

The Application offers a free tier including:

• Personalized calendar with matches of followed teams.
• Live scores.
• Match details (scores by map, set, half).
• Following a limited number of teams.

Premium Tier

A Premium subscription tier may be offered, including additional features such as:

• Following an unlimited number of teams.
• Home screen widget.
• Future advanced features.

The pricing and terms of the Premium subscription will be indicated in the Application at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) depending on the platform.

Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or annually).
• The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• No pro-rata refund is provided in the event of mid-period cancellation, in accordance with Apple and Google policies.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the Application in accordance with these Terms and applicable legislation.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application’s systems, servers or databases.
• Not use the Application for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
• Not reproduce, distribute or modify all or part of the Application.
• Not use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the service.

In the event of a breach of these obligations, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the User’s account without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Application and Website

The Application, the Website, their structure, design, source code and editorial content are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Sports Data and Logos

The names, logos and trademarks of sports teams, competitions and leagues displayed in the Application are the property of their respective owners. Their use in the Application is for informational and identification purposes only and shall not be interpreted as endorsement or affiliation.

User Content

The User does not generate content in the Application (no comments, no posts). The only user data consists of team follow preferences.

7. Limitation of Liability

Data Accuracy

The Publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information (calendars, scores, results). However, this data comes from third-party providers and the Publisher cannot guarantee:

• The real-time accuracy of displayed scores.
• The completeness of available matches and competitions.
• The absence of errors or service interruptions.

The Application is provided “as is”. The Publisher shall not be held liable for decisions made based on information displayed in the Application (particularly in the context of sports betting).

Service Availability

The Publisher strives to ensure the availability of the Application 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond the Publisher’s control.

8. Personal Data

The processing of the User’s personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, the User acknowledges having read this policy.

9. Termination

By the User

The User may delete their account at any time from the “Profile” screen of the Application. Account deletion results in:

• The permanent erasure of all personal data within 30 days.
• The cancellation of any active Premium subscription (the User retains access until the end of the paid period).
• The inability to recover deleted data.

By the Publisher

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
• Prolonged inactivity (account inactive for more than 24 months), after prior notification by email.

10. Modification of the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change, the User will be notified by email or by notification in the Application.

Continued use of the Application after modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If the User refuses the new conditions, they may delete their account.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, the User may use the mediation service accessible at: www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
